In November 2010, the Firm took great pride in becoming retained counsel for the Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”). In addition, the Firm is also a Member of the Legal League 100 and American Legal and Financial Network. Mr. Van Ness is pending installation as a Director for the Broward County Bar Association Southeast Region. Our representative clients include Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC; Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC; Third Federal Savings & Loan of Cleveland and Carrington Mortgage Services. Our firm looks to work diligently on behalf of clients in the courtroom, however, we also prefer finding amicable dispute resolutions that benefit both sides.
